2) Prep meals for later. I've come to accept the fact that I'm never going to be a person who cooks an elaborate meal every night. Therefore if we want to avoid takeout I need to make some food leaves leftovers or can be easily frozen for later consumption. Any ideas for good recipes that freeze well?
3) Get back to eating gluten-free. My body loves it when I eat gluten-free but the holidays really put a damper on that. It takes discipline but it's totally worth it for me. To help me with this goal I recently bought my very first rice cooker. It got great reviews, I'll let you know how it goes.
Any other advice/tips out there to keep me on track? What are your resolutions for 2013?
