Truffled Popcorn

Popcorn is one of my favorite foods and this version with white truffle oil and grated pecorino is my current obsession. This is a GREAT thing when you need something simple yet classy to serve friends.

Pop the corn normally (I use a Whirly Pop) then top it off with bit of truffle oil and freshly grated pecorino and you're good to go!

It would be a perfect election night snack for sitting at home and watching the results roll in.
